100% refund within 30 days. No questions asked.
If a Rural Prospector report isn't useful, email support@ruralprospector.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $19. That's the policy in one sentence.

What qualifies
Any reason. The report was confusing, the data felt sparse, you changed your mind about the property, the report didn't match what you expected, the property is in a county with thin coverage, you found a typo, you don't like the design. We'll refund regardless.
We'd genuinely appreciate a sentence about why if you're willing — it helps us improve — but it's not a condition of the refund.
How to request
Email support@ruralprospector.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include the address the report was generated for, or the Stripe payment confirmation you received. We'll confirm within 1 business day and process the refund within 2 business days.
When the refund arrives
Stripe typically returns the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Some banks are faster, some slower — that part is out of our hands once we've initiated the refund.
What happens to the report
When we process a refund, access to the unlocked report is automatically revoked. The unlock link in your email stops working. If you downloaded the PDF before requesting the refund, we don't track or revoke that download — but the unlocked web view goes back to the free-preview state.
After 30 days
After 30 days the refund window closes. If something specific went wrong with your report after that — a data error, a billing issue, a duplicate charge — email us anyway. We'll handle legitimate problems on a case-by-case basis. The 30-day window is for the no-questions guarantee; we're not stingy about real mistakes.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. The refund process is faster and cheaper for both of us than a Stripe dispute, and we'd much rather make it right directly. Chargebacks filed without a prior support request still get our cooperation — but please give us a shot first.
